Charles Dye is a Grammy-winning mixer and producer known for his pioneering work. He has contributed to albums that have sold over 95 million copies for Ariana Grande, KISS, Jon Bon Jovi, Shakira, Ricky Martin, Aerosmith, and Lauren Hill. As an early adopter of Pro Tools, Charles revolutionized the way music is recorded and mixed, establishing himself as a pivotal figure in the digital transformation of the music industry.

In addition to his ongoing projects as a producer, mixer, engineer, and filmaker, he’a also a professor at the Florida International University (FIU) School of Music located in Miami, Florida.

His deep understanding of technology’s role in music makes him an authoritative voice on where we are now. Charles says, “I’ve witnessed the debates, the resistance, and eventual embrace of new technology. But this… this is different.”

ALLEN WAGNER - PRODUCER

Allen Wagner is an accomplished audio engineer, producer, music educator, and musician with over 40 years of experience in the music and podcasting industries.

He toured the US and Canada as a keyboard player, singer, and entertainer. He was also the founder and producer of The Project Studio Network, one of the first podcasts dedicated to the recording arts. In 2000, he opened Big Toe Studios in Vancouver, Washington, a recording studio dedicated to developing local Pacific Northwest musical artists.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach, Allen has worked on numerous high-profile projects. He brings technical expertise and a creative vision to the Ai Music Tech Show.
